SongGem provides digital products only, delivered directly to your email address within 24-48 hours of your purchase, depending on the product you choose.   Our custom songs are carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality and a personal touch. Once your order is placed, you can expect your unique track to be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout within 24-48 hours. This delivery includes a convenient download link, making it easy to save and enjoy your new song right away, or share it on Social Media.   Delivery timeframes may be affected if: • Additional clarification is required from the customer • Incomplete or incorrect information is provided • You did not provide us with a correct and valid email address • Failure to respond to clarification requests • Failure to respond to final approval requests • Email delivery issues outside our control   If clarification is required, the delivery timeframe will pause until the necessary information is received.   If you have not received your Personalized song within 24-48 hours, please check your Spam folder first, and contact us at: info@songgem.com.(mailto:info@songgem.com)

Yes! We usually deliver your song within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to meet your requested timeline, but kindly note that delivery times may vary depending on workload and time zones, so we can’t guarantee faster processing every time.

Yes, we offer songs in English, German, French and Spanish!   Songs in other languages then stated above can be made upon request by simply filling out our contact form o(https://www.songgem.com/contact-us)n the website, an extra charge may apply.
